Job summary

Serco seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO / CSO / NFO Operations SME for CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA, to facilitate distributed training and mission scenario development using CES/NGTS/MACE. You will support LFEs, advise on training requirements, and contribute to JSE distribution across the DMO Network.

You will need an active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, and extensive fighter aviator experience or advanced degrees with related years of experience.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience, or Master’s with 7 years, or PhD with 4 years.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with listed aircraft (F-15C/E/EX, F-16C, F/A-18, EA-18G, F-22, F-35).
• Operationally relevant experience within past 10 years (simulator experience acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan missions, create mission materials, briefing, execute, and debrief LFEs and Small Team events.
• Use NGTS to support development and testing of JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients on training and doctrine; assist in doctrinal and scenario development and data analysis.
