Job summary

Serco seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO / CSO / NFO Operations SME for Air Combat Command’s Combat Air Forces Distributed Training Center at Langley AFB, VA. The role involves facilitating integration training by role-playing fighter aircraft in Distributed Mission Operations and reviewing tactics to stay current with evolving threats.

The position requires an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, plus extensive flight experience, and may involve up to 10% travel to

Qualifications

• An active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience, Master’s with 7 years’, or PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, or F-35 experience.
• Knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 fighter employment or equivalent manual.
• Operationally relevant experience within the past 10 years (simulator acceptable).
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily CAF DTC Large Force Exercises (LFEs) and Small Team events through mission planning and debriefing.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting expertise to military customers to develop and evaluate training and doctrine.
