Job summary

Hacienda is hiring a Bartender to greet guests, mix and serve drinks, and deliver a fun, guest-obsessed experience. You will follow recipes, upsell specials, and keep the bar clean and well-stocked while staying on your feet and providing excellent service.

Candidates must be 21+, able to obtain Indiana liquor licensure, and operate the POS system as part of a team that aims to make every guest feel at home and enjoy a memorable fiesta.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain a liquor license in Indiana.
• Provide responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests promptly and provide Chips and Salsa.
• Provide a Fiesta experience for Guests.
• Serve Guests and supporting staff quickly and efficiently.
• Be a Team player and engage guests respectfully.
• Upsell specials and maintain a clean, stocked area.
