• Provide a FIESTA EXPERIENCE for our Guests!
• Serve our Guests quickly and efficiently.
• Be a Team player.
• Make our Guests say “WOW…That was a fun, wacky, unforgettable, experience!”
• Get drink orders and suggest a “Margarita Today?” to anyone over 21.
• Card Guests under the age of 40.
• Read the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit.
• Suggestive Sell Specials and Extras
• Maintain a Clean and Well-Stocked Area

Do you like to be the life of the party! Do you like to talk to people and get to know them! If you are at least 21 years of age, then you should apply for the Bartender position! Your focus will be to follow Hacienda recipes and provide drinks for Guests. You will be part of a team with a common goal, BE GUEST OBSESSED! And don’t forget to have FUN!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Serve our Guests (and the Servers serving Guests) quickly and efficiently.
• Be a Team player
• Make our Guests say “WOW…That was a fun, wacky, unexpected, unforgettable, experience!
• Get drink orders and suggest a “Margarita Today?” to anyone over the age of 21.
• Card Guests under the age of 40.
• “Read” the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit
• Suggestive Sell Specials and Extras
• Maintain a Clean and Well-Stocked Area

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Regular and reliable attendance
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must provide responsible alcohol service
• Must be able to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Handle Guests’ payments by either providing change or processing credit/gift card payments
• Able to operate the POS system
• Verify identification and age requirements of Guests
• Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes
