Job summary

Hacienda seeks a lively Bartender in Indiana to greet guests, follow Margaritas today recipes, and create a fiesta experience with every drink. You’ll be part of a fun, guest‑obsessed team focused on delivering WOW moments and a memorable visit.

Responsibilities include taking drink orders, handling payments at the POS, verifying IDs, maintaining a clean, well‑stocked bar, and promoting specials while ensuring guests 21+ enjoy a safe, engaging experience.

Qualifications

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must provide responsible alcohol service.
• Must be able to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Handle Guests’ payments by either providing change or processing credit/gift card payments.
• Able to operate the POS system.
• Verify identification and age requirements of Guests.
• Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes.

• Get drink orders and suggest a “Margarita Today?” to anyone over the age of 21.
• Card Guests under the age of 40.
• “Read” the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit
• Suggestive Sell Specials and Extras
• Maintain a Clean and Well-Stocked Area

Your focus will be to follow Hacienda recipes and provide drinks for Guests. You will be part of a team with a common goal, BE GUEST OBSESSED! And don’t forget to have FUN!
