Hacienda in Mishawaka, Indiana is seeking a friendly Bartender who enjoys the party vibe and talking with guests. You will follow recipes, craft Margaritas, greet guests, and deliver a Fiesta Experience while ensuring responsible service.

Stand on your feet most of the shift, lift up to 25 pounds, verify IDs, operate the POS system, and keep the bar clean and stocked. Must be 21+, energetic, and ready to work as part of a fun, guest-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience with serving alcohol and basic money handling.
• Able to obtain a liquor license in Indiana.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests promptly and provide drinks following Hacienda recipes.
• Provide a Fiesta Experience and ensure fast, friendly service.
• Operate the POS system and handle payments.
• Verify IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service.

Your focus will be to follow Hacienda recipes and provide drinks for Guests. You will be part of a team with a common goal, BE GUEST OBSESSED! And don’t forget to have FUN.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greet Guests promptly with “Margaritas today?” and provide fresh Chips and Salsa.
• Provide a FIESTA EXPERIENCE for our Guests!
• Serve our Guests (and the Servers serving Guests) quickly and efficiently.
• Be a Team player
• Make our Guests say “WOW…That was a fun, wacky, unexpected, unforgettable, experience!
• Get drink orders and suggest a “Margarita Today?” to anyone over the age of 21.
• Card Guests under the age of 40.
• “Read” the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit
• Suggestive Sell Specials and Extras
• Maintain a Clean and Well-Stocked Area

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Regular and reliable attendance
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must provide responsible alcohol service
• Must be able to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Handle Guests’ payments by either providing change or processing credit/gift card payments
• Able to operate the POS system
• Verify identification and age requirements of Guests
• Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes
