Job summary

Nevel Technologies is seeking energetic Field Sales Promoters to onboard customers and merchants for the Pocket UPI project. You will visit local shops, explain benefits, assist with registration and KYC, and help achieve onboarding targets.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome; strong communication, field sales, and smartphone know-how are advantageous. You will travel within the assigned area and follow project WIK guidelines.

Qualifications

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Own smartphone is required.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel within the assigned area.
• Sales, promoter, merchant acquisition or fintech experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Visit local shops, small businesses, merchants and potential customers.
• Introduce and promote Project WIK / Pocket UPI.
• Assist customers with the MobiKwik registration and Pocket UPI activation process.
• Guide customers through the required KYC and verification process.
• Ensure customer information and registrations are genuine and accurate.
• Submit eligible Pocket UPI IDs/references to the Project WIK team for verification.
• Build and maintain good relationships with merchants and customers.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly onboarding targets.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the team.
• Follow all Project WIK campaign rules, terms and conditions.
