Job summary

Nevel Technologies seeks energetic Field Sales Promoters to onboard genuine customers and merchants for Pocket UPI. You will approach shops, explain benefits, help with registration and KYC, and drive daily and monthly onboarding targets.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Strong communication, smartphone use, and willingness to travel within the assigned area are essential for success.

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Promoters to join and support the growth by onboarding genuine customers and merchants.The Field Sales Promoter will be responsible for approaching potential customers, explaining the benefits of Pocket UPI, assisting with registration and KYC verification, and achieving daily and monthly onboarding targets.

Role & responsibilities

• Visit local shops, small businesses, merchants and potential customers.
• Introduce and promote Project WIK / Pocket UPI.
• Assist customers with the MobiKwik registration and Pocket UPI activation process.
• Guide customers through the required KYC and verification process.
• Ensure customer information and registrations are genuine and accurate.
• Submit eligible Pocket UPI IDs/references to the Project WIK team for verification.
• Build and maintain good relationships with merchants and customers.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly onboarding targets.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the team.
• Follow all Project WIK campaign rules, terms and conditions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Own smartphone is required.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel within the assigned area.
• Sales, promoter, merchant acquisition or fintech experience will be an advantage.
