Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a Field Work Planner to coordinate maintenance planning for designated assets, working closely with field teams and Management to schedule monthly plans and maintain SAP backlog.

You will use multiple automated Excel spreadsheets to track, plan, and schedule a monthly work plan within a high performing planning team that supports learning and feedback across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education in technical field or related Associate degree required.
• Experience in project planning/scheduling and CMMS like SAP preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, and communicate monthly maintenance work plans.
• Create and manage plans for major activities impacting operations.
• Publish and update plans weekly; monitor execution and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with area leaders to schedule work from SAP backlog.
• Ensure training, regulatory, and compliance schedules are up to date.
