Devon Energy Corp. in Hobbs, NM is seeking a Maintenance Planner to develop and oversee maintenance work plans for production facilities. You will collaborate with the planning and scheduling team to ensure timely, safe execution of work orders in SAP and CMMS systems.

The role serves as SME for maintenance in production and midstream environments, coordinating with operations, vendors, and craft personnel while building accurate work packets and cost analyses for projects.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of oil and gas maintenance or construction experience.
• Experience with telehandler, crane, manlift, welding or coating is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas parts, fittings, and materials.
• Proficient in SAP or CMMS systems.

Responsabilités

• SME for maintenance work in production or midstream operations.
• Create work orders from notifications in SAP and notify scheduler.
• Build work packets for basic or complex maintenance tasks.
• Manage 3rd party work and close out tasks.
• Develop cost analyses and quotes for large projects or MOC work.
• Point of contact for operations regarding maintenance needs.
• Order parts and materials to execute maintenance work.
• Assist maintenance operators in execution of jobs.
• Document maintenance activities, history, SOPs, costs, and tests.
• Support scheduler and can schedule when needed.
• Prioritize and organize basic assignments under guidance.
