Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a Field Work Planner to join our Maintenance Program & Planning team. You will develop, publish, and manage monthly maintenance work plans for designated assets, coordinating with field teams and management.

You will use SAP backlog and other systems to schedule work, monitor execution, adjust plans, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance. Travel within the region and some callouts are expected.

Qualifications

• Technical school graduation or Associate degree required.
• 3+ years in project management or work planning and scheduling.
• Experience with CMMS systems, specifically SAP.
• Strong communication and ability to work with field teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish monthly maintenance work plans for designated assets.
• Coordinate with field teams and management to schedule work.
• Monitor execution and report on plan effectiveness.
• Maintain regional staff availability and training schedules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project plans and outages.
