Qualifications

• Engineering degree or technical diploma required.
• 3+ years of wireline tractor or mechanical intervention experience.
• CDL Class A with clean record; towing trailer experience preferred.
• Ability to travel across the U.S. when dispatched.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and reporting tools.
• Strong verbal and written English communication, professional client interaction.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and leadership by example.
• Accountability and commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced electronics troubleshooting on Baker/Altus tractor and tools.
• Operate, maintain, and optimize rotation and mechanical equipment for safe service delivery.
• Follow Baker Procedures, standards, and client expectations in field operations.
• Prepare and verify equipment for tractor operations; ensure readiness and checklists.
• Lead completion of final Baker/Altus job package with reporting and quality verification.
• Coordinate district-level Baker Hughes/Altus activities with Ops and Sales teams.
• Mentor and train Field Specialists and junior personnel.
