Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a skilled service technician in Oklahoma City to assess, repair, and install windows and doors at customers' homes. You will travel to job sites, perform evaluations, and complete warranty paperwork for timely submission.

The role requires experience as a service technician or finish carpenter, excellent customer service, strong organization, and comfort with Apple products. A valid US driver’s license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service technician or finish carpenter preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
• Valid US Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and services based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need attention, whether it is due to installation or manufacturing.
• Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation.
• Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently.
• Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair our products.
• Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
