Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with welding certificate or training.
• Eligible for AWS or similar welding certification (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and basic computer literacy.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Flexible to changing schedules to support business needs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding inspections at job sites and submit reports.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and manuals for project needs.
• Travel to field locations to support inspections and QA objectives.
• Collaborate with fabricators, engineers, and supervisors to meet specs.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and field supervision on status.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements on-site.
