Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with a welding certificate program or vocational training.
• AWS or similar welding certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct welding inspections at job sites, submitting accurate reports.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and manuals for project requirements.
• Partner with fabricators, engineers and supervisors to ensure quality per specifications.
• Maintain safety protocols and PPE during field work.
• Communicate with field supervisor on status and locations as required.
