Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking an experienced Welder to join our field team. The role involves reading project plans and blueprints, performing MIG, TIG, stick, and flux-cored welding on various metals, and maintaining high safety and quality standards in outdoor settings.

Responsibilities include using plasma cutters, grinders, and hand tools, following established PPE protocols, and keeping the work area and equipment well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Welder.
• Welding certification (AWS or ASME) preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Must pass a welding test.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Perform MIG, TIG, stick, and flux-cored welding on stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum.
• Ensure work is safe, efficient and meets quality standards.
• Use plasma cutters, grinders, and hand tools.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Maintain work area and equipment.
