Job summary

OMEGA WATERPROOFING, LLC in Texas is seeking a water‑proofing technician responsible for installing waterproofing treatments and assisting in application on commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities include waterproofing and concrete work, leak investigations, water testing, and repairs for water infiltration.

You will use equipment to install treatments, support coating products, perform exterior repairs, and work at heights with lifts or scaffolds.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of waterproofing or related field experience.
• Must be able to work outdoors in variable weather.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 kg.
• Valid driver's license is advantageous.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Willingness to work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Waterproofing & concrete work.
• Perform leak investigations, water testing & repairs for water infiltration.
• Install waterproofing treatment using equipment per established procedures.
• Assist in waterproofing application and use of a range of waterproofing chemicals and coatings.
• Perform exterior repairs for concrete, masonry, sealant, and waterproofing issues on buildings and parking structures.
• Access work areas with boom lifts, scissor lifts, scaffolds, ladders, or bosun chair; training provided.
• Perform integrity and troubleshooting testing for waterproofing membranes/coatings.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in working order; arrange for replacements as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety practices and applicable laws, codes, and company policies.

Responsible for the installation of various waterproofing treatment and assist in waterproofing application and work.Duties/Responsibilities:Waterproofing & Concrete workPerform Leak Investigations, Water testing & repairs for water infiltrationInstall waterproofing treatment using equipment in accordance with established procedures and practicesAssist in waterproofing application and work with a range of waterproofing chemicals and coating productsPerform minor exterior repairs for concrete, masonry, sealant, and waterproofing issues on buildings and parking structuresAccess to work areas may require the use of boom lifts, scissor lifts, swing stage, scaffolds, ladders, or bosun chair, to reach great heights inside and outside of buildings under construction.
