Job summary

Valcourt Group is seeking a Waterproofing Installer to support the installation of waterproofing treatments and assist in waterproofing applications and related work. The role involves concrete work, leak investigations, testing, and minor exterior repairs on buildings and parking structures.

You will work outdoors in varied weather, with the potential use of heights access equipment. A valid driver's license is advantageous. 0–3 years of relevant experience required.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in waterproofing or related field.
• High level of physical fitness to perform job duties, including lifting up to 25 kg.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated professionalism in waterproofing works.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work extended/non-standard hours.
• A valid driver’s license is advantageous.
• Understanding of roofing, waterproofing and coating materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Waterproofing & concrete work.
• Conduct leak investigations, water testing and repairs for water infiltration.
• Install waterproofing treatments using equipment per procedures.
• Assist in waterproofing applications with various chemicals and coatings.
• Perform minor exterior repairs on buildings and parking structures.
• Access to work areas may require boom lifts, scissor lifts, stages, scaffolds, ladders, or bosun chair; training provided.
• Perform integrity testing and troubleshoot breaches in waterproofing membranes/coatings.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order and arrange replacements as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety practices and applicable laws and regulations.
• Follow company policies.

Job Summary

Responsible for the installation of various waterproofing treatment and assist in waterproofing application and work

Duties/Responsibilities

• Waterproofing & Concrete work
• Perform Leak Investigations, Water testing & repairs for water infiltration
• Install waterproofing treatment using equipment in accordance with established procedures and practices
• Assist in waterproofing application and work with a range of waterproofing chemicals and coating products
• Perform minor exterior repairs for concrete, masonry, sealant, and waterproofing issues on buildings and parking structures
• Access to work areas may require the use of boom lifts, scissor lifts, swing stage, scaffolds, ladders, or bosun chair, to reach great heights inside and outside of buildings under construction. Training will be provided
• Perform integrity testing and troubleshooting testing to identify any breeches or defects in the project’s existing waterproofing membrane/coatings
• Ensure all tools, supplies, and equipment are in working order, and arrange for replacements as necessary
• Adhere to all health and safety practices and procedures
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including building, trade, fire, and construction codes, as well as company policies.
