Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking a Water Treatment Technician to service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial water treatment systems. You will diagnose issues, recommend maintenance, and provide professional customer service in customers' homes and on-site locations.

This role requires travel to customer locations, valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a field-based environment with safety and quality as top priorities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing, and water treatment-related systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel to customer locations throughout the service area.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial water treatment systems.
• Explain system operation, service recommendations, and maintenance needs to customers.
• Accurately document service calls, work performed, equipment installed, customer interactions, and system performance using company technology.
• Load, transport, and safely handle tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle and work area.
• Assist with training and mentoring apprentices and helpers.
