Job summary

Culligan by Consolidated Water Group, LLC. is seeking individuals with customer-focused experience to join our field service team in Florida. You will perform diagnostics, install and remove water treatment equipment, and interact directly with customers.

Training is provided; a favorable commission plan and comprehensive benefits accompany a dependable, hands-on role that values safety, accuracy, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of a Company vehicle in compliance with all state and federal laws.
• Complete scheduled service orders daily.
• Perform complete diagnostics on residential and commercial water treatment equipment, identify malfunctions, and resolve issues accordingly.
• Identify additional services that may be required and present all options to the consumer.
• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves for water treatment equipment using hand or power tools.
• Collect payments upon completion of services and assist with collection of past due receivables.
