Job summary

Culligan International is seeking field service technicians with a strong focus on customer service to perform water treatment equipment diagnostics and installations in residential and commercial settings. Training is provided for mechanical or plumbing backgrounds, with emphasis on reliability, organization, and communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the city area where you would be working.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written).
• Appropriate, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Follow established safety procedures.
• Complete scheduled service orders daily.
• Perform diagnostics on residential and commercial water treatment equipment and resolve issues.
• Identify additional services and present options to customers.
• Communicate status of equipment and provide solutions to customers.
• Collect payments upon completion of services and assist with past due receivables.
• Install and remove water treatment equipment as needed.
• Complete daily paperwork and service orders.
• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves for equipment.
