Job summary

Culligan by Consolidated Water Group in LaGrange, GA is hiring a field service technician to diagnose and repair residential and commercial water treatment equipment. You will operate company vehicles, complete service orders, and communicate clearly with customers about status and solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required,
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the local area where you would be working.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of a company vehicle in compliance with laws.
• Perform diagnostics on residential and commercial water treatment equipment.
• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves for water treatment equipment.
• Complete daily service orders and paperwork.
• Identify additional services and present options to customers.
• Communicate status and solutions to customers.
• Assist with payment collection and past-due receivables.
