Job summary

Culligan is seeking field service technicians with strong customer service focus and mechanical aptitude. Training will be provided for the right candidate, and the role involves diagnosing equipment, performing service calls, and driving a company vehicle in accordance with safety rules.

Ideal candidates will be dependable, organized, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a valid driver’s license. A generous benefits package and commission plan are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and be willing to learn on an ongoing basis.
• Must have dependable, organized, and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Appropriate, valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and service residential and commercial water treatment equipment.
• Perform complete diagnostics and identify malfunctions to resolve issues.
• Install and remove water treatment equipment and install pipe assemblies, fittings and valves.
• Communicate with customers about status and options; collect payments when services are completed.
