Job summary

Culligan Water is seeking a service technician to install, service, and repair Culligan products in homes and/or businesses, including water softeners and drinking water systems. The role emphasizes diagnostics, installations, and maintenance to provide the maximum quality service to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform and learn repairs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move 50–75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Installing, upgrading, and maintaining Culligan equipment.
• Complete paperwork related to tasks accurately and timely.
• Assist other staff with delivery and installation of products.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate positively with customers and uphold company relations.
• Follow safety rules and Culligan policies.
