Job summary

CBH Homes is seeking a Field Warranty Superintendent to join our Customer Care team in Mississippi. You’ll assess warranty concerns, oversee repairs, and ensure service excellence in homeowners’ homes and communities.

Ideal candidates have strong construction and handyman skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors while staying organized and solutions-focused. Valid driver’s license required and experience in residential construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess warranty concerns and determine next steps.
• Troubleshoot construction-related issues and complete minor repairs when appropriate.
• Coordinate repairs with CBH trade partners and communicate expectations clearly.
• Inspect completed work to ensure repairs meet CBH's quality standards.
• Communicate findings, repair needs, and completed work back to the Customer Care team.
• Manage your daily schedule and assigned warranty workload with strong follow-through.
• Build positive relationships with homeowners, trade partners, and CBH teammates.
• Help identify recurring warranty issues and opportunities to improve quality and processes.
• Represent CBH professionally and courteously in our customers' homes and communities.

CBH Homes is looking for a Field Warranty Superintendent to join our Customer Care team!

In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners, trade partners, and our internal team to assess warranty concerns, complete minor repairs, oversee larger repairs, and make sure every interaction represents the level of service CBH is known for.

We're looking for someone with strong construction and handyman skills who can troubleshoot issues, take initiative, and confidently work with homeowners and trade partners while staying organized and solutions-focused.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
