Job summary

FlexSteel Pipeline Technologies, LLC in Williston, ND is seeking a Repair Technician to maintain and repair equipment and assets across sites and warehouses. You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and on-site repairs to ensure safety and quality for customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, supporting material receipts, and coordinating with teams to minimize downtime while upholding safety procedures and TPM guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent, or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse/manufacturing/mechanical experience; average 3+ years.
• Forklift and general construction equipment operation experience/licensure.
• CDL Class A is a plus.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); bilingual a plus.
• Read safety rules and maintenance manuals; write routine reports.
• Proficient with computers including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong organizational and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and unplanned repairs and maintenance to equipment on site and in a warehouse setting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; ensure audits are passed.
• Inspect equipment to identify malfunctions and perform repairs or replacements.
• Analyze root causes of equipment failures and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance issues and inventory records.
