Job summary

Aqua America, Inc. is seeking entry-level technicians to support water distribution and wastewater services across its footprint, including Denver. No prior experience is required, though mechanical/electrical exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities include operating field vehicles, loading materials, reading meters, and documenting work orders. A valid U.S. driver’s license is required; a CDL permit must be obtained within 90 days of hire; safety and customer service are emphasized.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs semi-skilled installation, maintenance and repair of valves, meters, gauges, pumps, and related equipment used in water distribution and wastewater systems using hand and power tools.
• Operates and maintains vehicles and equipment in accordance with procedures and standards.
• Loads and unloads equipment and supplies at worksites and storage areas.
• Reads meters as needed and documents work orders.
