Job summary

USIC is seeking an outdoor-focused Locator in Wisconsin to locate underground utilities and mark sites using company equipment. You'll work in the field with a company vehicle, performing accurate locates and documentation. We offer a comprehensive training program, daily pay, benefits, 401(k) with match, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Overtime, weekend and on-call shifts are required at times. No prior locating experience is required, but problem-solving, safety awareness, and reliable

Qualifications

• Able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology and map/ticket references.
• Able to pass a drug screen and maintain a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Locate underground utilities accurately and safely in a designated area.
• Document and photograph each locate, and mark locations for dig sites.
• Work daytime, full-time with potential overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts.
