Job summary

USIC is seeking dedicated Locator candidates for daytime, full-time field work in the Monroe, Wisconsin area. You will locate underground utilities and document findings using company systems, often working with a company vehicle and safety protocols.

Training is provided, and no prior locating experience is required, though experienced locators are welcome. Pay is $20.00 per hour with potential raises at four, eight, and 12 months, plus overtime and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology and field data collection.
• Available to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Locate underground utilities (telecommunications, electric, gas, water, sewer) accurately and safely.
• Document, photograph, and mark locate locations and complete required tickets and maps.
