USIC Locating Services, LLC is seeking an outdoor-oriented Locator for daytime, full-time field work to identify and mark underground utilities across multiple systems. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and independent work in a dynamic environment.

Applicants must pass a drug screen, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive career path within a national utility locating leader.

Qualifications

• Able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must pass a drug screen (safety-sensitive role).
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Locate underground utilities safely and efficiently (telecommunications, electric, gas, water, sewer).
• Thoroughly search and mark locations, complete paperwork, and photograph each locate.
• Daytime, full-time positions.
• 13 We have a 48-hour turnaround on many locates and may work after holidays and some weekends; overtime, weekend, and on-call shifts may be required.
