ArborMetrics Solutions, LLC in Georgia is seeking a Contract Forester/Utility Forester to join our vegetation management team. The role involves patrols, tree risk assessment, vegetation clearance planning, and coordinating with landowners.

You will work outdoors, often independently, and adhere to safety standards. Ideal candidates have field experience in electric utility vegetation management, a relevant degree or equivalent work, GIS and MS Office familiarity, and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in electric utility vegetation management or related field.
• Degree in forestry or natural resources, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with GIS software and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Survey and patrol energy corridors, identify vegetation needing pruning or removal.
• Classify work, assess tree condition, and apply pruning/clearance standards.
• Conduct Tree Risk Assessments and monitor vegetation growth.
• Coordinate with landowners and agencies to obtain permissions for vegetation work.
