The customer upgrade team includes Project Management, Field Engineering, and Field Support personnel working in a high-performance culture with demanding cycles and high customer expectations, as we work on mission-critical systems.
Many systems are based on the APCO Project 25 standard. With growing data services, some customer networks are being enhanced with LTE infrastructure for applications like live mobile video transmission, supplementing traditional voice and narrow-band data networks.
Travel may be 50-75% for upgrade projects.
