Our main business involves implementing mission-critical digital mobile communication systems for government and public safety customers.

The customer upgrade team includes Project Management, Field Engineering, and Field Support personnel working in a high-performance culture, often facing demanding cycle times and high customer expectations due to mission-critical communication systems.
Many of our systems are based on the APCO Project 25 standard. With data services growing, some of our customers' mobile wireless networks are being enhanced with LTE infrastructure for applications such as live mobile video transmission, supplementing our traditional voice and narrow-band data networks.
Travel may be 50-75% for upgrade projects.
Base salary range: $65,900 - $131,800. Compensation depends on experience and skills. We offer incentives, health benefits, 401K, paid holidays, generous paid time off, stock purchase plans, parental and family leave, and more.
