Motorola Solutions is a world leader in professional mobile communications systems with a heritage of technological innovations and a global installed base. Our main business involves implementing mission-critical digital mobile communication systems for government and public safety customers.

The customer upgrade team includes Project Management, Field Engineering, and Field Support personnel working in a high-performance culture, often with demanding timelines and high customer expectations, as we work on mission-critical communication systems.
Many of our systems are based on the APCO Project 25 communication standard. With the growth of data services, some customer networks are being enhanced with LTE infrastructure for applications like live mobile video transmission, supplementing traditional voice and narrow-band data networks.
Travel may be required up to 75% for upgrade projects.
