Farm Family is seeking an Underwriting Consultant, Field, Ag & Casualty, expanding growth through a home office in IL, IA, WI, NE, MN, ID, OR, or WA with travel as needed. Evaluate submissions, underwrite for profitability, and bring the brand to life with agents and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and underwrite new business submissions within your territory to ensure profitable growth.
• Represent Farm Family in client and agent meetings, demonstrating expertise and elevating customer experience.
• Educate, coach, and train agents on underwriting procedures, philosophy, and products.
• Build and manage a strong submission pipeline aligned with production goals and business mix targets.
• Leverage market insights and your contacts to generate business, gather intelligence, and cross-sell products.
