Job description

The Agency is actively seeking business partners to mentor for senior positions. We look for individuals who are confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, capable of building a team and selling simplified instant issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about mortgage payments in case of death, disability, etc. Our offerings include simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt-free life, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits.

Currently, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to handle them. Clients fill out a form requesting information, and then the field underwriter contacts them to set appointments, either over the phone or via Zoom if preferred, to assist with insurance applications.

We provide training to ensure your success through online sessions with top sales reps and team builders, one-on-one mentorship, and events—no prior experience necessary. We seek winners—individuals with a growth mindset, coachable, and driven to succeed. Commitment and consistency are essential to reaching the top levels.

COMPENSATION

• The average commission per application ranges from $450 to $650 (results vary).
• Full-time underwriters typically handle 5 or more applications weekly.
• You may start part-time or full-time.
• Agency Owners with several years of experience and regular promotions every two to three months can generate passive incomes of $200,000 to $500,000 annually (results vary).
