Job description

The Agency is actively seeking business partners to mentor for senior positions. We look for individuals who are confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, to build a team and sell simplified instant issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about making their mortgage payments in the event of death, disability, etc. Our offerings include simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt-free life, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits.

Currently, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to work them. Clients fill out a form requesting information, and then a field underwriter will call to set appointments for phone or Zoom meetings to help them apply for insurance policies.

We will train you to succeed in our industry through online training from top sales reps and team builders, one-on-one mentorship, and events. No experience is necessary. We seek winners—individuals with a growth mindset, coachable, and driven to succeed. Commitment and consistency are essential to reach the top levels.

COMPENSATION

1. The average commission per application is approximately $450 to $650 (results vary). Full-time underwriters typically process 5 or more applications weekly.
2. Part-time or full-time opportunities are available.
3. Agency Owners with several years of experience who are promoted every two to three months can generate passive incomes of $200,000 to $500,000 annually (results vary).
