Job description

The Agency is actively seeking business partners for senior positions. We are looking for confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to build a team and sell simplified instant issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about mortgage payments in case of death, disability, etc. Our offerings include simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt-free life, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits.

Currently, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to handle them. Clients fill out a form requesting information, and then a field underwriter contacts them to set appointments, which can be over the phone or via Zoom if requested, to assist with the insurance application process.

We provide training through online sessions led by top sales reps and team builders, one-on-one mentorship, and events. No prior experience is necessary. We seek winners with a growth mindset who are coachable and driven to succeed. Commitment and consistency are essential to reach the top levels.

COMPENSATION

The average commission per application is approximately $450 to $650, with results varying. Full-time underwriters typically process five or more applications weekly. You can start part-time or full-time.

Agency Owners with several years of experience and regular promotions every two to three months can generate passive incomes ranging from $200,000 to $500,000 annually, though results vary.
