Job description

The Agency is actively seeking business partners to mentor for senior positions. We look for individuals who are confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, capable of building a team and selling simplified instant issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about mortgage payments in case of death, disability, etc. Our offerings include simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt-free life, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits.

Currently, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to handle them. Clients fill out a form requesting information, then the field underwriter contacts them to set appointments, which can be conducted over the phone or via Zoom if preferred, to assist with insurance applications.

We provide training to ensure success in our industry through online sessions led by top sales reps and team builders, one-on-one mentorship, and events—no prior experience necessary. We seek winners with a growth mindset who are coachable and driven. Commitment and consistency are essential to reach the top levels.

COMPENSATION

The average commission per application ranges from $450 to $650 (results may vary). Full-time underwriters typically handle 5 or more applications weekly. You can start part-time or full-time.

Agency Owners with a few years of experience and regular promotions every two to three months can generate passive incomes between $200,000 and $500,000 annually (results vary).
