Job description

The Agency is actively seeking business partners for senior positions. We look for individuals who are confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated to build a team and sell simplified instant issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about mortgage payments in case of death, disability, etc. Our offerings include simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt-free life, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits.

Currently, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to handle them. Clients fill out a form requesting information, and then a field underwriter contacts them to set appointments for phone or Zoom meetings to assist with insurance applications.

We provide training through online sessions with top sales reps and team builders, one-on-one mentorship, and events—no experience necessary. We seek winners with a growth mindset who are coachable and driven to succeed. Commitment and consistency are essential to reach the top.

COMPENSATION

The average commission per application ranges from $450 to $650, with results varying. Full-time underwriters typically process five or more applications weekly. You can start part-time or full-time.

Agency Owners with several years of experience, who are promoted every two to three months, can generate passive incomes of $200,000 to $500,000 annually (results vary).
