Job Opportunity: Business Partner & Mentor

The Agency is actively seeking business partners to mentor for senior positions. Ideal candidates are confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, with a desire to build a team and sell simplified instant issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about mortgage payments in case of death, disability, or other circumstances.

We offer a range of products including simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt-free life, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits. Currently, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to handle them. Clients fill out a form requesting information, and then a field underwriter contacts them to set appointments via phone or Zoom, assisting them with the insurance application process.

Training & Qualifications

We provide comprehensive online training from top industry sales reps and team builders, along with one-on-one mentorship and events. No prior experience is necessary. We seek winners—individuals with a growth mindset, coachable, and driven to succeed. Commitment and consistency are essential to reaching the top levels.

Compensation

The average commission per application ranges from $450 to $650, with results varying. Full-time underwriters typically process 5 or more applications weekly. You can start part-time or full-time.

Experienced agency owners working with us for several years, who are promoted every two to three months, can generate passive incomes between $200,000 and $500,000 annually (results vary).
