Job summary

NATIONAL OnDemand, Inc. is seeking a field supervisor to lead underground/utility CATV construction projects across the United States. You will plan, lay out, coordinate locates, inspect work, and ensure compliance with plans and schedules.

Your responsibilities include supervising crews, tracking production, maintaining safety standards, and supporting subcontractor and in-house billing activities. Travel up to 50% with potential nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience and knowledge of all aspects of Underground/Utility CATV construction.
• Combination of technical training and/or experience.
• Basic or working knowledge of the NESC.
• Ability to use general math skills to derive results and review figures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lay-out work; coordinate locates.
• Inspect work for compliance with plans and specs.
• Track quantities and monitor productivity.
