Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. seeks a Field Service Representative Instructor II to operate and instruct MUAS in field environments, ensuring safe flight and ground operations. You will oversee flight demonstrations, coordinate with customers and partners, and support service delivery with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires extensive field work, travel up to 80%, and collaboration with engineering, product, and BD teams to ensure mission readiness and up-to-date course materials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Military experience or equivalent aerospace training.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency with Office software.

Responsibilities

• Operate, instruct, and evaluate UAS in field settings.
• Coordinate flight demos and customer deployments.
• Lead on-site training, ensure safety and procedures are followed.
• Maintain flight operations docs and inventories.
• Support business development with technical input and demonstrations.
