Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Air Vehicle Operators.
• Plan facilities, safety, environmental, and flight operations with USG reps.
• Identify deficiencies and implement improvements.
• Assist Flight Standards with curriculum and training updates.
• Assist Manager, Flight Operations with developing plans and policies.
• Manage team schedules and time cards.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Program Management.
• Evaluate team performance and support development plans.
• Review time cards and expenses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
