Job summary

Ballard Truck Center is seeking an Outside Parts Sales Representative in Johnston, RI. You will develop and maintain relationships with customers through in-person visits, provide quotations on parts, and coordinate with the team to meet quarterly sales targets.

Role requires a High School diploma and 1–2 years of outside sales experience; familiarity with CDK Dealer Management System and MS Office is preferred. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1–2 years Outside Sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CDK Dealer Management System preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, TEAMS, Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through in-person visits.
• Identify part sales opportunities with customers and provide quotations.
• Coordinate with parts counter staff to process orders and communicate delivery needs.
• Collaborate with Parts Sales Manager to meet quarterly targets.
