Steve & Kate's Camp in Brookline, MA is hiring for a Field Trip staff member to supervise and engage with campers during outings. You will chaperone field trips, ensure safety, and help create a fun, learning-focused environment.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with 2+ months of child-care experience, First Aid & CPR certification, and the ability to travel between stops by bus. This in-person role emphasizes leadership, adaptability, and teamwork across activities.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children, with 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1 (additional certifications may be required).

Responsibilities

• Chaperone field trips, monitor safety and wellness, and assist with program delivery.
• Travel by bus to multiple stops while engaging with campers.
• Actively supervising campers and enforcing camp policies.
• Report notable concerns or injuries and track allergies and dietary restrictions.
