Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp in Brookline, MA is seeking field trip staff to supervise campers, chaperone trips by bus, and help ensure safety and wellness during activities. You'll work with kids aged to create a playful, supportive learning environment, travel between stops, and collaborate with a team to keep sessions engaging and safe.

Need to be at least 18 years old, with minimum 2 months experience with camp-age children (1 year preferred).

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children, with 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications).

Responsibilities

• Staff members will be responsible for chaperoning field trips, making connections, and monitoring safety and wellness.
• You’ll travel by bus to multiple stops, all while having fun with kids.
• Actively supervising campers; Ensure compliance with Camp Policies; Reporting & Recording details of notable concerns or incidents, and of injuries to campers, other staff members, or self.
