Steve and Kate's Camps is seeking field trip staff in Brookline, MA to supervise and support campers during organized trips. Responsibilities include chaperoning, ensuring safety, and facilitating activities while traveling between stops.

The role emphasizes a respectful, playful approach and reliable team collaboration. Requirements include being at least 18, 2 months of camp experience (1 year preferred), and First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp-age children, with 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications)

Responsibilities

• Chaperoning field trips, making connections, and monitoring safety and wellness.
• Traveling by bus to multiple stops with campers, while ensuring fun and supervision.
• Actively supervising campers
• Ensuring compliance with Camp Policies
• Reporting and recording details of notable concerns, incidents, injuries
• Keeping track of camper allergies and dietary restrictions
