Job summary

You will plan, plant, take notes, harvest, and supervise third-party labor, working with the Trialing Manager to improve protocols and data precision. The role requires teamwork and autonomy in a field setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in an agriculture-related discipline; relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with precision agriculture equipment and software systems.
• Knowledge of corn and soybean crops and trial data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, plant, note-take, and harvest yield trials across locations.
• Evaluate and secure quality trial land in testing areas.
• Supervise third-party contract labor for planting and phenotyping.
• Lead projects and provide guidance to team members.
• Communicate status updates regularly to Trialing Manager.
