Job summary

XRT, a defense technology company, seeks a Field Service Representative to support the Amphibious Combat Vehicle Driver Training System at Camp Lejeune. You will maximize DTS availability, assist training operations, troubleshoot issues, and train Marines and instructors on system use.

Responsibilities include on-site support 0830–1630, rapid response within two hours, equipment accountability, and feedback to engineering teams. U.S.

Qualifications

• Own the day-to-day readiness of DTS at the assigned location.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and XR/VR components.
• Provide training to instructors/operators and Train-the-Trainer sessions.

Responsibilities

• Drive DTS utilization with instructors and units to ensure systems meet training needs.
• Maintain on-site readiness and availability of ACV-DTS systems.
• Provide on-site support 08:30–16:30, with 2-hour response when required.
• Serve as primary on-site technical liaison between Marines and XRT teams.
• Document failures and corrective actions; support monthly usage reporting.
• Assist with system start-up, pre-operational checks, and training readiness.
